anyway, I never meant to assert that the character I have depicted in my avatar as being existant. he is based upon an alternate course in history, one where the great soviet empire is ressucitated to combat american expansion on the global scheme. and believe me, many historical bodies see this as a very likely possibility.

this is a political forecast more than it is an accurate portrayal of any actual event

way I see it, I not only am supporting the ressurection of the USSR, but the intervention of all american expansion throughout the world. my support is through using "Premier Romanov", admitedly fictional, as my avatar. watch and learn.

I believe that Command and Conquor used "Romanov" as their fake Premier of the USSR kind of as a joke. (The Soviet Premiers where sometimes called the new Tzars)
