I just do not understand these terms use in the video like what assets had to value mean ,overvalued assets mean ,dept in vaule mean ,assets where over valued mean ,real value mean ,crises of capital will be transferred to state mean :cursing:so on.What is mutual found ,what is Treasury ,what is mortgage bank security ,bank security ,credit market frozen mean ,trouble assets so on.

A mutual fund is a type of investment; it's usually what people fall back on: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutual_funds
The Treasury is a branch of the government which deals with monetary matters. That is to say, it doesn't set the budget, but it does go about laying plans for smoothing out issues: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treasury.
Bank security is basically how reliable investors view their bank.
The credit market is a financial market where you basically buy debt with hopes of a return. Government bonds are the safest. Frozen credit market means that there's not much growth (return). The debt isn't being repaid. You, having bought the bond, are screwed.
The crises of capitalism is a disruption in capital providing money, through different scenarios but notably overproduction, underconsumption, and lack of investment opportunities. This creates panic because people realize their money doesn't equate to shit. The state steps in as a shield and keeps the entire system from bursting by enacting new taxes or creating new debt.
Overvalued assets are all assets (dividends, mutual funds, bonds) which are valued higher than they can actually sell.
Troubled assets are holdings (bonds, dividends, mutuals) that will probably lose you money.
It's perfectly acceptable not to know what these terms are, especially if your primarily language is French. Economists like to talk around subjects with phrases.

If language is the barrier it will be a tough one to overcome here. He uses slang and "English"* technical jargon. First you have to learn econ, then the secret code words, then learn the English equivalents and learn the English technical equivalents.
*Can we even call most economic terms "English"? Doesn't sound like English to me!

Brendan Cooney's YouTube page is one of the most useful sources for an understanding of Marxist economic critique without all the jargon on the internet.
