The people of the US were told that this war would be over very quickly. Now they are being told that is not the case - after it started.

It raises some issues. Either the government lied to the people, or their information was totally off the mark. If I was a supporter of imperialistic wars, and my imperialistic master lied to me like this, I would feel like shit. How do you feel?
