I did some digging around and it's apparently bullshit, no such man has been arrested for any such transactions. The only place this story was ever broken on was "Weekly World News" and the other places it crops up have the exact same wording of it.

Oh well, would have been a funny way to try and get out of jail, maybe someone really will try it :biggrin:
