All I did was ask a couple of question about communism. Don't you guys like hearing the other side or debating with them a little?

If you feel that my simple questions are not worth answering because they are too easy wouldn't it be better to make a fool by out of me by answering them instead of making it seem that you are trying to avoid a debate with me? Questions that have been ask 100 times already.....

You can call me stupid,an idiot, a troll, dumb or whatever more times and all you want. I don't really care about being called names or about calling people names.

It's kind of obvious that you came here to challenge people, and not to learn.

And, yeah we are fine with debating. That's why we have restrictions instead of bans for capitalists. That's why I have people of all political affiliations in my circle of friends.

And, we already answered your questions in the stickies you didn't bother to read.

Umm, "restricted" means you can still post (and ask all the questions you like) in the Opposing Ideologies forum and Religion subforum. It's not like banning.

Good lord, man, learn a bit about the site before you make a topic like this.

Capitalists, libertarians, conservatives, and other assorted posters that don't subscribe to the ideas of the revolutionary left get restricted here because this site is, first and foremost, for members that do subscribe to revolutionary leftist ideas to discuss issues that pertain to that spectrum, and were we to not restrict people of opposing ideologies, we'd have to be fending off arguments from people like you all the time in all places and in every thread, which would stifle debate amongst ourselves considerably.

This board allows you to express your opinion and your opposing point of view, and here is where we of the revolutionary left can and will address you, provided that you do not act like an asshat.

If you all are fine with debating and you knew I am just here to debate/challenge then why the restrictions?

Can I not challenge your ideology on the opposing Ideology forums?

Is the opposing ideology forums the wrong forms for me to challenge your ideology?

Er, so we don't have to worry about capitalism vs. communism debates spilling into other sections of the board. This is not a general politics forum. This is a forum for leftist discussion.

Rather than banning capitalists, we send them to OI, where they can argue and debate with us all they want.

Au contraire, it is precisely the right place to do so. You were restricted not because of where you asked (or challenged, I should say), but because you are a self-described capitalist (and apparently an objectivist, if your Ayn Rand thread is any indication), and in line with this board's policy, capitalists are not allowed to post anywhere other than here.

Alright Fair enough. I've just never experience any type of restriction on any other forums no matter how opposing my views are.

"And, we already answered your questions in the stickies you didn't bother to read."

Actually I did bother to read them. I asked them again to debate them further.

You're right. Most places would just ban you.

Unless they were general political discussion boards.

Which Revleft is not.

So you just ask the question again, without responding at all to the answers you were already given? That's just a silly of going about things, boyo.

What differences does it make if I want to start of from my own question instead of from your own answers.

I just wanted to start of from the beginning and argue with what the person has to say instead of using someone else's answer.

Please don't start threads asking why you were restricted - it's against the boards rules. There is a sticky called 'unfair restrictions' in this forum for that.
