The sitar has to be my favorite instrument, hands down.

I'm not even aware if the Concert for Bangladesh hosted by George Harrison and Ravi Shankar actually contributed a substantial portion of the concert revenue to the Bangladeshi people (at least, Lennon said that the concert was a scam).

Nonetheless, I'm in love with this song and each time I listen to it I'm enchanted.

Incidentally, my favorite instrument at the moment is the tabla, which you can also hear in that same video. If you wonder, it is the drum which has both has a high pitch and a bass which sounds almost like a maritime sound. Playing it takes many, many years to learn properly.

The instruments go quite well together.
