Does anyone have any information on if the KLA have used genocide in their tactics?

The Kosovo Liberation Army?

If so then it's pretty much common knowledge that they committed war crimes against Serbs (who were widely seen by the west as committing ethnic cleansing against the Kosovars) and other ethnic minorities such as the Roma people, as well as Albanians who collaborated with the Serbs.

They were supported by the west (particularly Germany) with arms, intelligence, training and money, as well as with western agents directly on the ground "advising" them.
