i finished reading it yesterday. to call it demagogic and and dishonest would be to denote these terms to a level of respectability. to call it a piece of crap would be to run a discourse that would never again rise above the excrement. i cannot belive i wasted an entire evening of my already precious life on this utter garbage. any1 know of any links which debunk its arguements?

The Black Book of Communism is so absurd and unscientific piece of "work" that it debunks itself merely throughs its existence.

Even some of the people who contributed to that book now condemn it.

Well the thing is , if you apply the calculation methods they have for counting the deaths of what they regard as communism.... and apply these same methods to capitalist countries (for example India, were starvation of hunger is/was not a rare thing).. You'd get numbers by far exceeding what the calculated for the socialist countries...
I think that says a lot about the book....
