Children in North Korea are operated upon without the use of anasthesia, but with the use of rusty scalpels. South Korean doctors operate on people with the state-of-the-art technology. The only exception for all of this is Cuba, where the living standards are higher than those of other carribean countries. Communist countries claim to be workers' states, but the average wages in coummunist countries were always meager to those found in Capitalist countries. The amount of money a doctor is paid in North Korea, is shit compared to the amount of money a doctor would get paid in Norway or Germany. If someone argues for communism then they might mean the type of non authoritarian communism which hasn't existed yet.
