Schrödinger's Cat

He was probably one of the strongest defenders of welfarism of the late 20th century, challenging Robert Nozick enough that he changed his views from a very ardent libertarianism into a lite one concerned with welfare. I'm interested in OIers' view of Rawls. I'm most interested in the way he divided contemporary societies in five blocks:
1.) Laissez-faire capitalism
2.) Welfare-state capitalism
3.) State socialism with command economy
4.) Property-owning democracy
5.) Democratic socialism.
I haven't read much of Rawls, but I realize he rejects the former three in favor of the latter two. Does anyone have a source that illustrates the differences between 4 and 5?
