BTW-I always interpreted the first as Freedom to say what you want without having to worry bout the goverment.
Last I checked

You are right, man. The freedom of speach in the constitution only applies to you. MAYBE, you should study the constitution. Freedom of speach applies to ALL speach, and most importantly UNPOPULAR speach, you see, it means nothing if you say, "everyone has the freedom to talk about how good the government and prevailing socio-economic system is!". Use your head, and try and understand the spirit in which the founders framed our bill of rights. Here is a hint, they were REVOLUTIONARIES.
