I work hard and I play hard...Not this week though.My socialist mayor put a tax on the film industry and the film industry used to boom here in Chicago till that tax came into effect.Now it's dead(Chicago films).
I work in the film/tv/stage setting.So can we really blame cappies for not creating jobs?Or can we blame socialists for trying to tax the people who create the jobs...another words taxed too high?

It's not just the film industry.
It's steel,auto's,plastics,you name it and I bet socialists tax the shit out of it.
That's the name of the game.
Thats why companies relocate.
It's not the cappies.

if socialism was to take root the "right" way. I wouldn't be unexpected at all. What you siad about the tax cuts messing up business where you are...... you can't just introduce socialism in with a capitalist society and expect benefits......... In my beliefs, it would be next to impossible to to change a hardcore capitalist country into a socialist one, especially america. But for me this "socialist revolution" is for the thrid world nations. The one's with wide spread poverty and government corruption, countries so screwed up that there isn't much else that could make the changes neccessary to relieve the people of these dire conditions. So "socialism" shouldn't be all that unexpected :)

And I'm not star struck. :)

Think about it nearly all the deaths in all of africa in modern times is because of capitalism. Also think of all the Vietnamese, Redindians, Koreans, Mexicans, British poor in the Industrial Revolution, Hitler, Napoleonic wars, The list goes on and on through out history.
