What is this capacity and how will it relate to CC adaptations?

I am not sure what you mean, if you could explain/rephrase...
Are you talking about the material conditions for the revolution?

According to Lenin (i think),the final stage of capitalism is imperialism, where the world (raw materials) has been distributed amongst capitalist monopolies, and they show aggression in order to conquer and dominate new markets.
According to Lenin again, this stage is a sign that capitalism's days are numbered, and it is most vulnerable.
Anyone correct me if i am wrong.

Apologies, probably a bit vague...trying to obtain a more general understanding before undertaking the heavy reading:o Material conditions are precisely what I'm getting at, not just from Lenin's perspective, but a contemporary interpretation that takes into account possible economic regression in response to Climate Change.

Well, the objective conditions can be measured considering the growth of capital and the extent of the exploitation of the workers.
Economic regression responding to climate change?Well this could bring about several scenarios if you think about it...A revolution, technocrat dictatorships, totalitarian fascist states (for the preservation of the great nation from god's wrath that struck our world, blah blah blah), or , hopefully, a proletarian revolution, in countries where the state's mechanism will have been crippled by natural disasters.
