The people of China and the people of the world have not and will not forget Mao. No amount of distortion and lies by the revisionist regime currently ruling China and the international bourgeoisie will change that.

Perhaps there are still pro-mao sentiments, but not necesarilly socialist ones, I think. For example, in modern china, Maos face on items has become something of a good luck charm. I think the content gets lost and replaced with metaphysics.

Do any of these Chinese people know what Mao thought against revisionism?

I'm pretty sure all these gatherings were organized/attended by pro-maoist communist undergrounders in China. Look closely at the original post:

A few years ago, because the commemoration of Mao Zedong, there were "four gentlemen's Zhengzhou" incident (4 distributing leaflets against the revisionism of the comrades were arrested and later convicted to imprisonment). (bold added)

and

So based on those statements made in the original post I would assume that the poster is and the events were organized by maoists.
