High positionists have a common trait of enscoring themselves by ensuring themselves that thay are the sole unredeemable authourity concerning which feild they are in. Whether some subordinate is right when they are wrong, they subjugate them just because they are in a high position they must be right, is their ideal .This greatly supresses the voluntary expression of work as a whole. Penultimately the essence of socialism will be devoured by unnecessary and idiotic beraucrats. whenever you find a bereaucrat persecute him, stike ,protest,walkoff..............
Truth alone wins

i assume you are talking about the unions since this is in workers stuggles?
if bureaucrats are tied down by full, clear, and paticpatory democracy then they will not be able to abuse their power,
however this is not the case today (or in the SU for that matter) for example the union 'bosses' live on vastly expanded salaries and so lose contact with their fellow workers, the workers struggle and often reality, and become almost as reactionary at the goverments they face,
bottom up union pressue is the way to solve this, votes of no confidence for such bureaucrats and with holding fees until offending members are removed, a strike against union bosses will achieve little
