I was just curious as to what network you all think has the best coverage of the Liberation?
Australian stations are showing shit all but we get Skynews, CNN, MSNBC and BBC on payTV. I can generally get constant explosions and troop action if I flick through.

"I can generally get constant explosions and troop action if I flick through."

It sounds rather naive to expect good coverage in any war; consider the following factors: military objectives change by the day, and sometimes even by the hour, press coverage is controlled and access to military intelligence is limited, the US media is inclined to protect American interests and is therefore highly unlikely to break stories that may overwhelmingly alter public opinion (during WW2, the BBC's reports of RAF victories during the Battle of Britain were grossly inaccurate as RAF pilots blatantly inflated their kills and were not cross-examined by official investigation panels, likewise, the Luftwaffe doubled the figures of official kills and halved their number of losses. And the Russians? They were at the top of the list :) ). I tuned in to a CNN update that announced some up-to-date footage, and all I got was a forward-view of a Humvee mucking about in a sandstorm. :)
Conclusion: Don't trust everything you read. You should know better.

Morality? What made you think that I was talking about morality? I was on about journalistic trends in times of conflict. Where the hell did I mention morality?
