Why am I still restricted?

I gather alot of the 'Stalinists' have had their bans lifted and are now able to post in the other forums. I would like to ask the moderator's why I am still restriced?

Or perhaps why I was banned and then restricted in the first place?

it is nothing short of absurd of Cassius Clay is restricted to this form only. despite our different take on history, he is easily in the top 5 most intelligent members on this site. i don't hear him condone tryanny, only claim Stalin was democratic. repeal the restriction.

I agree. I have much respect for Cassius Clay and Mazdak (and other "Stalinists"). Neither of you advocate despotic autocracies or killing of masses, well, that is what I believe anyway.

Honestly, if a non-commie (sorry to call you that, just a stupid generalisation) was allowed to be a mod in here, I would vote for one of you.

Cassius, you were very impressive in Theory and history before.

Perhaps I (and others who agree with me) could try to get a debate and a vote on the lifting of your 'caging'.

In a freemarket of ideas, the good ones will survive. The stupid ones will expose themselves. Why is anyone restricted? Is this a model for what Commies regard as free speach and open government? Is this what I have to expect if a socialist state were ever to gain control of Congress? Where "think a-likers" are allowed into the "club"?

BTW, Commie Club is a place for private talk about administrative actions, where we vote on how to handle tough issues and etc.

What about Thursday Night, Chairman Mao, Revolution Hero? All these members are to some extent 'Stalinists'. Ofcourse 'Stalinist' does not actually exist, hence why I allways use that word in quote form. Another question would be why I am resrticted in the first place.

Now that's fine but would like to tell me where I took part in any of that. As Ymir has pointed out it is people like Peacenicked who resorts to childish insults, infact even against Capitalists the sole argument Peacenicked put's up is 'Fuck you' or something equally uncalled for. In the thread 'Stalin's Death' Malte continued to insult me personally despite the fact that time and time again I offered to have a debate with he/she and never did I resort to insulting them.

There are many right wingers here who have not violated any the policy of this site. When you close off these people, then you close yourself off from thier ideas. I do see a need to encourage debate, but I don't see a need to protect ideas. If socialist ideas in other threads really are sound, then they will stand up to scrutiny on their own merits. I see very little rigorous scrutiny on the other threads.
