CNN, conservative news network, is reporting that hundreds, perhaps thousands, of people have been protesting the RNC. Plus, the Republican National Convention has been plauged by terrible weather, so perhaps, according to their logic, "god hates republicans."

The CNN reporter was actually quite fair. He said that there were only a handful who were violent, although he tied them to anarchists. He said most of them were peaceful, but it was one of the "largest protests he'd seen in a while."

Yep, sorry jazzratt. The news guy called it "RNC convention" a few times so I guess I did the same thing. :)

In my actual post I didn't use the "RNC convention" line.

I'm surprised the RNC is still kicking. Neo-conservatism is one of the worst political movements I've ever seen. It's as if someone purposely took the worst aspects of every ideology out there and tossed them together.

I'd say over 50 arrests consitutes a little more than a "handful". How could things be taken seriously if some punk kids are out slashing tires and breaking windows? It's time to clean up the ranks.
