Your typical, poorly educated, emotionalistic, peacemonger.

DC,
As long as we are making sweeping generalisations....
You are the typical fascist, indifferent, greedy warmonger. ;)

War has never solved anything? Without war you wouldn't enjoy any of the freedoms you have today, granted war doesn't solve things but in many cases it is unavoidable. Peace is unattainable and will always be beyond our grasp due to our own egotistical hunger for greed and power...and one very good thing that war has solved is the abolishment of slavery.

I am not a fascist. I am a libertarian imperialist. It's my own personal ideology.

Care to explain this ideology ? It sounds to me like a contradiction in terms, but I'm ready to be educated ?

Those posters seem more pro-war than anything...

Don't you guys get it? I think this is from one of those rare 'prowar' rallies that get a few hundred people in all of America to attend (correct me if I am wrong). It is the nature of the pro-war group.

They were clearly pro-war, no one else would write such shit.

Once again Liberty Lover is throwing deceitful bullshit at us. These people are clearly pro-war. The messages are sarcastic and obviously anti-Saddam and anti-communist. You're even stupider than these people if you believe they're anti-war. Stop trying to dissiminate this shit, LL. Cap your ass.

Well said, the anarchist. I wonder where he found the pictures, maybe he's part of some organisation full of idiots who think that pretending to be the other side in an ironic way (I couldn't think of the word I wanted to use, I hate it when that happens but I'm sure you all know what I mean) is actually going to show us up, it doesn't work because we have real reasons and all he has is shit.

i was just about to say the same thing. but, i did make a thread a while back just for DC so that he could explain his reasons for being an imperialist, and DC never even posted in it, so i doubt DC will reply to you here.

What he means by Libertarian Imperialist is economic "freedom" in the United States coupled with a foriegn policy of forcefully implementing the same neo-liberal policies on every other country in the world. Basically, a holy war against common sense in the name of an ideal: economic freedom for the rich.

Neo-liberalism. Aye. It is damn confusing off all the people who use 'liberalism' as the capitalist filth it has become.

neo-Liberalism means a modern resurgence of classical Liberalism which is basically libertarian capitalism...which is opposed to itself.

Why is it shit? What paert of those banners were untrue? They made a pretty good point if you ask me, ableit they were somewhat sarcastic, the definately were founded in hard facts.
(By the way, most of America supports a war with Iraq, I believe the latest poll is about 70%-30% in favor with a 3% Margin of error).
It is just that most who support a war will not rally for it, because we know that it is going to happen.
