finaly the monster been captured in the prison of Hague, finaly the one of the biggest war criminal in Bosnia will be prosecuted for his war crimes against humanity, the apsurd of this guy is becouse he doesnt been born in Serbia he was born in small willage in Monte Negro but he always claim that he is serbian, then he claim for himself and to others that he lead the battle against turkish like he was living during the Otomanic imperium, and in that purpose he deicided to kill all other people who are not serbs,
Radovan was psychologhist during EX-YUGOSLAVIA working in Sarajevo and then when Yugoslavia start to fall appart he deicided to bee radical nationalist and in that purpose he start to spread the radical nationalism hate beetwen the population in Bosnia and then by the JNA army surrounded Sarajevo and start genocide and holocaust over humans who are living in this city,so in brain of this man you have evil nationalist seed who are spread wery fast trough our society and during these days this seed still grow another germs of hate in peoples minds speacilly in Republic Srpska by the man and prime minister of RS Milorad Dodik who promise all help to Radovan Karadjic to defend himself in Hague

hopefully he will rot in jail and will contract some vile disease and become a leper. So he has to watch himself fall apart and we can all laugh at him. Ha.

Chances are they knew where he was all along. They can't find him for 10 years, then a more pro-EU party wins the elections and they find him in a matter of two weeks on a Belgrade bus! Bit of a coincidence really.

Ive heard that it was the Serbian secret police that was protecting him. Wouldnt be surprised if it turns out to be true.

Shazam!
Seriously though, I wouldn't be surprised if the Serbian government was protecting him from the EU.

Let's not hope that people get serious sicknesses as a vindictive goal. As a communist, I have no interest in violence that achieves nothing, especially when it is against those who long ago ceased to be relevant to class struggle.

Strange on a left wing board the posts are all on the lines of Karadzic the monster, no mention of how that troubles in Yugoslavia unfolded. Or the setting up of NATO’s court the ICTY that Karadzic will face. Doesn’t anyone see that he is being railroaded to hide NATO’s war crimes against the Serbian and Kosovo people.
They drag him up from the cells and the prosecutor says the charges are not all in place and that they need more time to get the case together. In spite of this Karadzic was forced to make a plea. He refused rightly claiming the court was a fit up and the Judge put in a plea of Not Guilty for him.
Anyone who wants to understand what goes on in the ITCY I would recommend Travesty by John Laughland. In his exposure of the trial of Slobodan Milosevic he explains how the UN illegally set up the court how it is funded by NATO countries and well to do private individuals. The misuse of the legal system and the invention of many procedures that are in danger of removing for all time the rights of sovereign states.
He breaks down the myths surrounding the so called Serbian Genocide and ethnic cleansing that was part of the media frenzy around Yugoslavia back in the 90s.
Milosevic was accused by the media of genocide but none of the many charges brought against him by the ICTYeven mentioned genocide. He had to suffer the same political bias that Karadzic will also have to face.
He became ill and a plea was put in to halt the trial, instead the Judge tried him in absentia forcing a defence lawyer on to him. The ex Attorney General of the USA Ramsey Clark claims in a forward to Laughlands book that this set a precedent in international law that a sick man can be convicted on the basis of a trial at which he has been “represented” by a lawyer whom he has in fact not appointed and whom he does not instruct.
Milosevic’s own defence witnesses all 85 of them refused to give evidence as a protest.
The hype and media misrepresentation of the wars in Yugoslavia was carried through to the trials of those it had already demonised. There is a thread on Yugoslavia on this site and it is a very good report about how the conflict was stage managed to show the Kosovo Muslims as victims of genocide and ethnic cleansing, when in fact every effort had been made by the Yogoslavian Federation to appease the ethnic demands of the Muslims, and a high powerd public relations firm from Washington was used to spread the myth of these "poor down troden folk"
I am not able to post a web address on here but if you can’t find the thread google Globalsearch.ca joined with/printarticle.php/article=1666
For me the biggest crime was NATO bombing the live out of Serbia and Kosovo. When asked if there was any plans to investigate NATO the leaders of the tribunal merely waved the questions aside. Carla De Ponte the leading prosecutor told Antonio Cassese the court president that she could not even think of having an investigation into NATO or the whole of the information from European nations that backed up the courts evidence would dry up.
