Recently the International Association of Machinists union at Boeing held a rally with a whopping 14,000 workers attending where waves of workers in the stadium chanted "Strike! Strike! Strike!" A union spokesperson with the last name Blondin told the media that contract negotiations were going badly and a strike would be hard to avoid. 99% of union members voted to authorize a strike last month.

For a Seattle PI article on the negotiations follow this link:

If you live in the Seattle area and would be interested in a public discussion of the possible upcoming strike, Seattle's Socialist Alternative (CWI) will be having two meetings this upcoming week. PM me for info.

How is this sweet, the boss class refuses to pay a fair wage, give enough time off, safe working conditions so people have to fight for it?

I'm assuming he meant that it is good that workers are eager to engage in class struggle and strike rather than layover and accept a poor contract.

What he said. How could you possibly think I meant anything else?
