The most you can persuade a right winger is to the point where they say "Communism is great but it can't work because people would be unwilling to help out others", meaning they wouldn't be one of those greedy people.
Is it just me but if we gathered everyone of those who said that and made them look at the face of others of the type, we would be living in a communist society?

i doubt it because the people who say that are generally the ones who know themselves they'd be the culprits in terms of not wanting to help others.
What i've noticed is that those people who are most rabidly anti-communist are, for the most part those with most to lose from communism. I'm sure if we had knowledge of the socio-economic status of our resident OI'ers that could be very interesting.

This has all been said before but I highly doubt it. In the US you're brought up and taught that you can't have anything if you don't have money. Capitalist views are embedded in everything and anything that you do. People idolize the rich. Bill Gates, Bono, they may be some of the most charitable people on the planet but they have more money than they know what to do with. The problem we have is actually getting capitalists to understand and come to terms with being as equal as the person next to you. Just because you have more money, more material possessions, more overall wealth it makes you a "better" person than the guy behind you. And that's a very hard concept to destroy when it's how you've been brought up.

What I mean is that they will say oh people are too greedy!, and this is their excuse for being a righter. That we cant establish a communist society supposedly because there is a bunch of greedy people out there...but those other greedy people will say the same thing! So what happens is we have a bunch of people who wont coporate, and their reason is that there are others who won't be willing to.
Its like If I said "If Tom wants to go with me, I'll go." And Tom living few blocks says "If Drace comes, I'll go".
Ya, maybe greedy people isn't the best term.

Put it this way, i think if the beourgiose outlives the entire proletarian the human species will be finished.
The beourgiose has neither the gumption to work nor the scientific savvy to look after themselves. The only thing they are good at is the expropriation of capital which becomes irrelevant without labour.

A solution I am considering is removing all home ownership for a short period of time maybe a year or 4 and develop a new system based on work to save money and need.
That way you would not get someone with a partner living in a 20 bedroom house but perhaps a large 3 or 4 bedroom house as both are hard working for the greater good and have earned the extra luxury.
Capitalism is drummed into you since birth through adverts, school and work. Its a hard cycle to break to create a revolution.

Whoever has thought about it, has not thought about it long enough. If they had, we'd call them, Communists.

Considering most people don't know what capitalism is ehh NO.
Agreed. So as well most people dont know what communism is either and are in no position to criticise it.

But that's all it is is an excuse. Capitalists enjoy their wealth too much to part with it. And that's the only problem, like I said before they're too stuck in their ways because that's how you're brought up in this society. Which is far too unfortunate.
