So after the revolution lets say I want to go smoke marijuana, trusting that the revolution goes as planned and not corrupted along the way drugs would be legalized as i've read in many posts, were would I be able to obtain the herb, consume it, and would I be able to grow it?

You'd probably be able to get it from the nearest person growing it. Theoretically you could consume it anywhere, but I would ask that you be respectful of others who may not want to inhale your second hand smoke. And yes, you'd be able to grow it (which is probably the best option).

Drugs would may not be legalized but just decriminalized. And you'll be able to tell the others who may not want to inhale your second hand smoke to get out of your cloud and to get a life without all these petty worries about comfort and cancers and stuff.

The decentralized communes/ citys would vote on it. It would be legal probably in most cities.

If drugs are good to subvert capitalist societies, why would a revolutionary society allow them? Drug use is counter-revolutionary. Too many fellow leftists like to smoke pot and talk about revolution rather than getting off their stoned asses and making one!

And you actually complain about -them- not making a revolution, on an internet forum. Wow, I wonder who I pity the most...
And surely marijuana will be legal after the revolution. I see less harm in smoking pot than in drinking alcohol, which exposes very agressive behaviour in a person. And believe me, I know the stuff, I'm from the Netherlands:p.
Though I think in times of revolution it might be a wrong decision to smoke marijuana, because you might get caught in a sticky situation with your head full of haze... Not such a good idea. But laws against it is not such a good idea, laws are there to get broken anyway.

I hope alcohol will be made illegal post revolution, way more of a destructive drug than marijuana.

Human society has used cannabis for millenia, it was one of the first plants humans cultivated. It has many uses other than recreation drug use, and even for that it's not very harmful. There is absolutely no reason to ban it, and there never was.
If you want to stop people from doing drugs, making them illegal is probably the most ineffective and most expensive way to do it.

True though it may be that alcohol is really harmful I sincerely hope you do not actually advocate post-revolution prohibition of any substance for personal consumption.
If I can't get ripped off my tits I don't want your revolution.

I'm not sure if drugs actually do subvert capitalist societies. They may subvert the conventional puritan mentality, but they certainly do not undermine a large economic system (in fact, if weed becomes legalized nationwide, it will become integrated into that system). So this argument doesn't really seem to hold ground.
On the other hand, smoking pot is not wise in certain situations, and may have a overall effect on one's 'revolutionary behavior,' but this is pure speculation and therefore unnecessary. I think it's easy enough to say 'stop smoking pot and go make a revolution' - but this is a poor position to hold. For I need only ask you, how? And how does smoking pot impede that process?
