The closest to heaven man can achieve is absolute freedom from injustices and tyranny. To be free is to be fully human. Injustices and tyranny flow from two primary sources: imperialism and social class. These two are interconnected as we can clearly see through the phenomena known as corporatism; an inevitable outcome of capitalism.
Organized religions have the masses believing that liberation can only be obtained after death. This is a bourgeois lie in order to supress the people's revolutionary spirit. The truth is that this life is our only opportunity to free ourselves. And it is now that we must do so.
All revolutions that fight against tyrannical governments should be supported by the people of the world. Not just socialist revolutions, but insurgencies that fight for national liberation from imperialism as well.
The United States of America is the biggest culprit when it comes to aiding oppressive governments from countless coups in Latin America to wars in the Middle East. The U.S. government will stop at nothing to fulfill the appetite of the those funding the government of the corrupt capitalist system.
The majority of the world is un-industrialized and backwards. Living in the U.S., or any other first world country, it is hard to see this, for we are isolated from the rest of the world due to corporate media and capitalist propaganda. It is through awareness of the tyranny being commited in third world countries that can eventaully awaken those who seek change to take up revolutionary methods.
If you live in a first world country, it is obviously clear that a revolution is far from occuring. How do the masses living in first world countries such as the U.S. regain there revolutionary spirits?
V.I. Lenin's view of imperialism holds as true today as it did back when he first wrote about it. Revolution must start in the third world in order so it may spread to the first world. But how does an under-developed nation finance a socialist revolution? The best method to accomplish such a task is Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.
Maoism is a system that is not only relevant for today, but successful. By uniting and leading oppressed people for the sake of national liberation, the vangaurd party ( who will uphold and teach the masses about Marxism-Leninism ) will be able to initiate socialism only after their freedom is achieved. The people of the oppressed nation, regardless of social class, must unite for the sake of national liberation before socialism can become a reality. Obviously, those of the bourgeois and petit bourgeois class must be kept in check by the vangaurd party, for they are only allowed to flourish as far as the vangaurd party, the peasants, and the proletariat allow them to.
The vanguard party must lead the peasants and workers viligently, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills to cultivate the oppressed peoples revolutionary, freedom loving spirit. It is only after the defeat of imperialist invaders and reactionaries that the road to socialism can be established.
It is the responsibility of the vanguard party to allow the classes to do what they do best. Only by allowing this can the economy flow for the nation to be self sufficient. Of course, this must be done with a close eye on the bourgeois who will find any plausible way to take advantage of the situation by subjecting proletariats and peasants under their iron grasp of greed.
Marxist-Leninist-Maoist living in the first world cannot be ready to act revolutionary until the majority of the third worlds are free from invaders and reactionaries while on the path to New Democracy. Without access to cheap resources and labor, first world corporations will be forced to lay off workers living in the first world. That combined with sky rocketting prices for products will cause a first world economic depression. As the saying goes, desperate times call for desperate measures. Those desperate measures call for the re-awakening of the peoples revolutionary spirit.
In the mean time, a vangaurd party in the first world must be well organized. Spreading information about injustices happening around the world can potentially cause solidarity amongst the working class.
The goal of freedom can only be achieved through unity, hard-work, and bloodshed.
