What's up everybody? I'm an American living in Tokyo for the summer, but after that it's back to the midwest for school, work, and oppression (ha ha). No, but I'm 19, an atheist, an English major, a student, and a fairly extreme leftist. I guess I'm just here because I'm really sick of people doing nothing to change a system that is so obviously wrong, so it will be nice to be around some people who can actually appreciate a thought that's not just backing the system. With a background like mine, friends who agree with you politically, religiously, or on almost any other abstract ideology, are few and far between. For a lack of a better place to put it, I wrote a hellishly long diatribe about my own personal political/social ideology and posted it in the philosophy forum. Hope you'll check it out.
