View Full Version : How about a revolutionary online flag and banner shop?

Ive noticed theres a plethora of online shops for nazi flags but theres no 'left wing equivalent'.
How about starting a revleft flag and banner shop with flag tailoring as a means of making cash for revleft's expenses? Any able comrades with the means to contribute work could be encouraged to do so.
Opinions?

Unique idea. How would we produce this stuff?

people with sewing skills, access to sewing machines could do it.
All profits going to the cost of running the forum, of course.

im not volunteering myself, i cant sew for shit.
Im merely bringing up the idea so that those with the resources can think about it afterwards we can maybe get a site up and running like the chelives shop. Or possibly even have a flag and banner section within that.

I could definitely use some custom flag, because I can't sew worth crap.

theres definitely a market for this then. There isnt a single leftist flag shop on the net.

aye, I'm sure there's a market for it, and it seems a good idea to me.

I know some socialist parties sell flags.
The Uk communist party sells a multi colour peace flag and a communist flag (red not multi coloured of course:P)

Hmm... well perhaps I'll prove this "anarchists are petit-bourgeois" myth to be true and start up a flag shop.

While we're add it, we could also make other Communist novelties as well as flags.

Prehaps something like a revleft spredshirt account?
I would be happy to design stuff.

All of the above sell leftist flags. i also know that you can make contracts with them as, you design a flag / shirt, buy some for your organisation and give them the right to reproduce / sell them, which is pretty awesome.

Do you know an America site like that? Fire and Flames deals in euros, which I lack. Though they do have some super cool stuff.

none of which contribute to the cost of running revleft, which was my secondary reasoning for this idea.

i actually think there would be a market for this stuff however something like this would take some serious time to set up.

Action Figures might be taking it to a whole new level. I was thinking something that we can easily put Revleft's name across (scarf is hit and miss, if you wear it the wrong way, you'll block the logo).
Mugs seem nice

just having it as a function is pointless until we've identified able and willing comrades to put the work in.
