Exactly, man. I have been thinking the same thing for far too long. We should drop Isreal like a ton of fuckin' bricks. Sure, in the 70's they were the underdog and had to fight to stay around. But now, with us on their side, they provoke things so we can go and clear out more ARAB land for them. It is a pile of shit and we should stop doing anything for them. Now, we shouldn't really all go join the PLO, either. They are at fault in many cases as well, but the media and public sentiment goes with the Isrealis because they represent a faith that we think more closely resembles our own and any excuse we get to fuck up arabs is a good one. I get all of these people, however, who tell me that we should cling to "the nation where Jesus was born in" because, in the Bible, god has punished those who weren't kissing jewish ass all of the time. "God" punished the Isrealis too, I tell 'em, when they turned away and started kicking other peoples asses, like they are now. Not the I beleive much the Bible says, except the parts about how poor people get shafted, because its true. The British, I think, will follow suit if we let go, and the time has come.

"israel attacked the USS liberty in international waters, killing over 30."
That was a mistake by the israelis. They didn't intentionally attack us.
IF Israel is in violation of 68 UN resolutions, then there is definitley something wrong with that. Why do you think the UN hasn't reprimanded Israel? What would be their reasons?

but i thought the point was that Iraq is breaking a UN resolution. Listening to some Republican on the TV last night, a key phrase he kept using to justify a war with iraq was "the UN can't be ignored".
Its being ignored by Israel. Whats going to be done? Nothing. Why? Because its not sat on a pile of oil?

Isreal hasn't displayed its willingness to use chem/bio weapons against us because we are carrying all of their slack.

Israel has, however, demonstrated its willingness to sell such things to China.

"any action is vetoed by the US. 29 times, in fact."
Does the US have the right to do that? Is the US allowed to veto UN actions?
