In 1973 Allende was killed, because he was leftist and because he nationalised the mines of multinationals who were using the labours as slaves. The american multinationals (of campanies: Anaconda, Kennecott en Cerro Pasco) hated him and also dod Facist Pinochet, and ofcourse our 'Great Giant' US. They bombed his palace and Pinochet started a capitalist/facist regime, all in the name of capitalism, 25,000 people (most of them leftist) were killed by Pinochet and CIA. Fuck Pinochet, Fuck US goverment, Fuck Capitalism.

In my opinion, this 'september 11th' should have got just as much attention as the real one. But did it?
It's not in my sociology book 2003.

Chile 1973 was indeed the other September 11th. It was a sad time for the entire Third World liberation movement. Comrade Allende was a dedicated Marxist, in fact he was the first popularily elected Marxist leader in North and South America.

I explained this to my English class and they thought I was insenstive for talking about this instead of the more recent one. Those centrist 'don't tell me I'd rather not know' bastards.

When the US people sing the pledge of alliange (how do write that) on 11 september for the people killed in the WTC, we should sing our pledge (but I donot know which one :)) for the people died in Chili under the facist Pinochet regime. I would like some replies of cappies up here lets see what they got to say about the billionst cruel action of capitalists.

The other 11th of September is the 1000's of Palestinians who dies in Jenin as their town was obiterated by the Israeli military. Its only 11th of September in tragedy, not in sympathy.

This reminds me that during the Military Dictatorship in Argentina, at school there were certain parts of History that were "banned" (forbidden, actually) like the Bolshevik Revolution, but at the same time we were taught about "all the good things" the militaries were doing...some years after, the truth about their "good things" were exposed to public knowledge: They were prosecuting, kidnapping, brutally torturing and "vanishing" leftists and many other ppl.

Nice "one-side" version capies always teach.

Yeah those MILITARY DICTATORSHIPS can be pretty harsh. I wonder why MILITARY DICTATORSHIPS would be so oppressive? I mean they are MILITARY DICTATORSHIPS, isn't that as oppression free as they come? Whatever, lets blame Capitalism. HASTA LA VICTORIA SIEMPRE.

'North-Korea is facist'

wow...I've studied Juche and the DPRK for years...yet I was not aware it was actually a fascist system of society. Go to Politics forum and North Korea subject if you want to debate it Comrade Daniel.

I love when people call socialist states 'fascist' without being able to spell the word. :) Wish I could join in the debate, Comrade Mao, but like as you know I can only post here.

Hardly silence, we are just laughing at you fools paying homage to a dictator in the making.

The CIA are silent and benevolent sentries of liberty, and and Pinochet is a hero for crushing that malicious dissident. South America must be maitained as a free region benefited by free-market capitalism and US interests.

'South America must be maitained as a free region benefited by free-market capitalism and US interests.'

Theres little point debating this with you, however do you not think that 'US interests' are the interests of the U.S., and that thus they would not be so much in the interest of South America but the US. And thus you have no interest in the people of South America but rather the people of the U.S. and as such you are an archaic imperialist.

The CIA and the FBI are basically the US equivalent to the KGB or the NVKD. So how exactly can they be such heroes while the Soviet MVD men and KGB men are slime CI?

I dont criticize Hoover. He did a damned fine job. Thats all it is. A JOB. So criticizing the Soviet Ministry of Internal Affairs is highly hypocritical.

And i know you capitalists love to attack the KGB. (another interesting point is that everyone seems to lump the NKVD, Cheka, OGPU, GPU, and the KGB all into one big organization and call it the KGB). There were multiple organizations, sometimes two or three operating at once. One who generalizes, calling every soviet spy a KGB man knows nothing of the Soviet government.

Just clearing that up for the future.

Hoover deserves to be criticized.
