just a little thing that made me laugh, I would put this in chit chat but I don´t think it would be at home there somehow
the new chief of the argentinian cabinet, just appointed, was being interviewed on tv. the governmnet is in denial that inflation exists, even though it´s people´s number 1 concern. this guy was suppsoed to represent a break with the past etc. the interviewer asked him, "when you walk round the streets, do people talk to you about inflation". answer, "no, that wasn´t my job, they used to ask me about public services etc." question: "ok, but do you believe government figures, I mean when you go to the supermarket you must notice prices are going up" answer: "to be honest I don´t go to the supermarket, my wife does. I didn´t take care of household bills" End of conversation. :lol:
