Union Density in Africa

I'm doing a project and I need to find some information about union density (union membership as a percentage of employed population), and I would really like to find some information for Africa. Really any African country. I'm not having a lot of luck.

Any suggestions? Quick would be helpful as theoretically I should be working on it right now. But any advice would be useful.
