Has anyone seen the trailer? What do you guys think?

I'm personally psyched but there are worrying elements other people have pointed out in regards to it looking like a slick action movie rather than what the comic is like. It may be difficult to translate this comic's complexities (Which made it so great) to the big screen.

I can’t help but be optimistic since I *love* the comic, and want badly that the movie adaptation be good, but I’m far too well aware that my expectations have been crushed countless times by Hollywood. Whatever the case, whether I end up loving the movie or hating it, one this is certain, I will have to go see it.

same. I think when it comes to the look of the outfits and the owl ship and DR Manhattans space sculpture thing it looks good. however I suspect that when it comes to the grittynes of the comice I doubt it will be a 100%. I will however go and see it regardless
