Just keep this short. I won't mention the millions killed in Salvador, Argentina and Chile through death squards or the millions who die of starvation every year so Nike or GAP can have all their shops full in Oxford street.

Nazi Germany, okay the Holocaust cost the lifes of six million Jews, Gypsies, Communists and other 'Undiseriables'.

WW1, Ten million dead and millions more injured or made homeless.

Russia since 1990 has decreased in population by ten million. This is a DIRECT result of the 'Free' market creating homelessness, unemployment, no health care or wages being paid 6 months late if at all.

Indonesia, a million suspected Communists or Socialists rounded up and killed.

WW2, there's another 60 million dead.

Well the often cited figure by right-wing republican folks or Nazis is never forget the 'One-Hundred million innocent victims of Communism'. As we can see Capitalism allready surpasses that figure (which happens to be complete rubbish) and I've barely mentioned most of the examples or the victims of the dictatorship of Finance-Capital throughout the last 200 years or so.

Lets not start a game of whipping out statistics on which economic system killed more people. It's stupid.

In Russia there is a very weird and common wage system: If you work in a soap shop, they will pay you with soap. If you work in a TV shop, they pay you with TV's.

It's because they have no money to give their workers. Capitalism works as a pyramid, with certain countries being like the "top" of the pyramid, but most can't be.

Agreed tinker. I think he's just doing that because other people on the board have done that several times.

Sorry, I have not done this for any other reason than pointing out the crimes of Capitalism over the decades. I was NOT aware this topic had been done before, all I see is 'remember the Holocaust of Communism'. But the only places I see mothers carrying portraits of their sons and husbands is in Salvador, Argentina, Chile or Russia after Yelstin massacred hundreds of democraticly elected representatives to parliament.
