Thoughts on what?

It is a bit obscure text about an obscure subject by an obscure writer to post without any comments.

I would imagine that I am one of the few people here who has any idea who this guy was and which split he is talking about (maybe TAT does too). It is not really a good way to start a discussion though.

Both of us scoff at being popular. Among other things our disgust at any personality cult is evidence of this. I have never permitted anyone to make publicity out of the numerous testimonials of admiration with which they’ve overwhelmed me in various countries… When Engels and I first joined the secret society of communists, we did it on the condition sine qua non that they repeal all statutes that would be favorable to a cult of authority. Marx to Blos – 10.11.1877, MEW 34, p. 308.

Haha, Marx must be turning over in his grave!

Sorry people for not explaining myself better.
Well basically I was referenced to the essay as appartently it destories all arguements for organisation, given by some sort of primmie.
TBH I couldn't be bothered to read the whole thing myself though:cool:
So I just meant anyone got any general thoughts on it? Do you argree/disagree etc. Maybe I'll even finish reading it and post on it myself.
