I cant find the article online for this though i read it in my local paper the Weekly News and it's all legit.

Basically it said that an Asian bloke called Brad Prassad (Hope i spelt it right) from London had bought a hotel in my local area and was restoring it ready for reopening (Even going out of his way to only employ local firms to do the repairing to help the local economy).

Prassad had been on holiday to the area many years ago and liked it so much that when the opportunity of buying and restoring one of the hotels came along he jumped at the chance.

Anyway he soon started receiving threats via text messages one which read "Your type aren't welcome here, so leave now BNP!!!" or something like that (The message definately implied that "his type" were'nt welcome and ended with "BNP!!!").

Anyway the guy felt pretty scared with the whole situation though is determined to go ahead with the project come what may and BNP leader Nick Griffin (Who just happened to be in the area at the time opening a local BNP office or something) denied all involvement with the incident even claiming that someone was sending the messages to smear the BNP!

Anyway it just goes to show how fucking low these Fascist go.

If it's in the local paper he probably will get protection from the police.

The police? You mean the people who single out black and Asian people? The people who stop black and Asian people far more than they stop white people?

The police are an institution full of racists. They may give him some protection, but nowhere near as much as they would if he was white or far richer than he is.

This is sad to hear as he is only trying to help people within the local area in most likely the best way he can. But to be honest, i think the response from the BNP is actually rather standard for them. I mean its funny how instead of totally condemning the events like anyother sensible politician, BNP party leader N Griffin said that it was a "smear campaign". I DO think that the police will take this seriously though, so he should get protection (definitly if he's wealthy).

If you still have the newspaper clipping you should at least scan it or something. It'll be interesting to see what excuse the BNP'ers over at UK debates have to make.
