You're right that Sendo was unnecessarily harsh in the expression of his feelings. You're also right that as leftists, it is our hope to bring people to an understanding, not alienate them.

But with this in mind, I have some questions for you. Is english your native language? If not, what is?

If so, are you fluent in it? If so, could you please at least employ punctuation, perhaps capitals where appropriate, and complete words/sentences? It helps us read and understand what you are trying to communicate. This is not meant as a critique, but a request on behalf of someone who would like to understand you better. Thanks.

I am fluent in english and maori however i do not understand english puncuation it is my hope that fellow comrades on revleft will help me better understand with comradeship not ego.

This is a forum about people with left wing beliefs talking to each other and sharing ideas and organising things etc etc.

It's not a forum on the english language or how to use correct grammar so lay off the guy. If somebody can't spell something correctly or uses incorrect or no grammar, there's no problem as it is not an issue relating to this forum.

One thing on any forum I hate is when the mods and senior members seem to feel the need to criticise people for incorrect spelling or grammar errors.

I don't see what is funny about singling out an individual for ridicule in that way? It's callous and immature; RL is not a school-yard and such behaviour should be criticised not endorsed or regarded as 'hilarious'; obviously cgs did not find it very funny.
