I doubt that you would be able to find a straightforward stencil on the net. I'll see if there are any good pictures of one of his rats in my banksy book and scan it for you.

I remember when the Stencil DB was functional, there were quite a few of the rat stencils on there... unfortunately I never bothered to save them...

You should be able to cut them out quite easily from good quality pictures (use the threashold tool in photoshop). Try these pics
