I'll elaborate more on this later. In the meantime, read the article and ask yourself: do you think it accurately describes situations here? Who are the sources, and do they give a good point of view on such situations? What is your view on this subject (Islam, immigration and freedom of speech in Europe) now?

I came across this article because it was linked on a Dutch website. With this thread, I intend to find out how these kind of stories affect one's understanding of politics in other countries.

I don't think you need to go any further than that if you consider yourself a news junkie. As someone said, "Fox News is the Pravda of our times."
