I have no idea what the winged guy/angel thing is supposed to represent. I wonder how it's going to end up. Uwe Boll is not involved, so it will be better than the vast majority of game-based movies...

Mark Wahlberg is a pretty decent actor so it might turn out good, though I dislike Mila Kunis for ruining That 70's Show.

Interesting that Jim Bravura is being played by Ludacris, of all people...

Anyway, this has at least prompted me to download and play the two games again. I remember when the first one came out. My PC couldn't run it at the highest specifications, but still, the whole hype about the graphics was amazing. It's hard to imagine, now that we have Oblivion, Assassin's Creed, etc.

By the way, the winged guy in the movie trailer reminds me of a quote from the first game: "I don't know about angels, but it's fear that gives men wings."

Probably something to do with a valkyr trip or something, i'm not sure about the plot but if it adheres to the plot line from the first game it's most likely one of those absurd dream sequences max payne 1 had.

Anyways, max payne is one of my favorite game series and i'm really looking forward to the movie.
