The individual colours don't necessarily represent anything. There's no gender or environmental commentary going on there ;)

It was more a case of deliberately using bright, slightly abbrasive colours to convey the message. So as far as that's concerned it's more the shade than the colours.

The 'message' so to speak is similar to a lot of my other work... by and large, by using bright colours with historical left-wing figures and statements I'm trying to cast a more modern light on them and perhaps taking a different scope. In this case breaking down some of the authoritarian sensibility that's around Lenin...

The colour choice is a little bit nu-rave, but there's no real relationship between than subculture and my work...

And I'm fully aware that everything I just wrote sounds like wank:lol:
