Miners killed in China

I was just reading the newspaper and I saw in a small box in the bottom of the bourgeois newspaper that 11 miners were killed when an elevator failed in the capitalist dictatorship of China.
This once again brings up the horrible conditions in which the Chinese proletariat works and lives under.
Enough with the horrible conditions of life under capitalism.

How can people in the West possibly think that China is in any way communist when the workers work in such unsafe conditions? Even American workers are better protected at work than their Chinese counterparts.
