I have some discussions with fellow Maoists on the peculiar nature of CPN's rise to power through elections without having to compromise its armed revolution.
But can anyone (MLM'ists) tell me if the same is consistent with MLM?
Can there be a period when there may be no necessity of waging full scale war when the period between strategic stalemate and offensive is at its peak?
