Since I'm still a newbie on the net, maybe some of you veteran comrades can explain something to me.

Why do cappies like SN bother arguing with us at all? REAL cappies are out there making money, evicting widows and orphans, stealing pension plans, manufacturing weapons of mass destruction, polluting the planet, etc., etc., etc. They don't have TIME to argue with a bunch of marginal whiners like us.

So maybe SN (and some others) are not real cappies at all...maybe they're just political tele-marketers, arguing with us because someone is paying them a minimum wage to...well, to bother us and take up our time.

Maybe that could explain why their arguments are so pathetic; as minimum-wage peons, their hearts are not really in their tasks. They're just going through the motions until quitting time when they can limp home to their bed-sit and big mac.

Just a hypothesis...:-)

At least the originator of this thread got one thing right. There are none that have responded whose opinion of me I would consider to be note worthy, least of all Peacenicked's. There is one word that best describes the wide cross-section of those who find it necessary to engage in this kind of shallow attack, inconsequential. If any one of them were to die today, would their contribution to society be missed? Probably not.
