Racism within minority organisations?

In this debate these reactionaries are arguing that the black police officers association is 'racist' because they don't let other races join.

I think they mean because a white police officers group would not be allowed.

The bigger question is does it help create divisions between sections of the working class that really are not there when there are organisations that have ethnicity as the only bar to pass before membership?

I can understand why black police officers might want to have a union, but in the perspective of class struggle is it a good thing for the working class overall?:confused:

I do agree that the upper class aint colorblind and so it is neccary not to be as well. Not being color blind however does not equal racism.
