Israel may be preparing to bomb Iran. :(

WASHINGTON: Israel carried out a major military exercise earlier this month that American officials say appeared to be a rehearsal for a potential bombing attack on Iran's nuclear facilities.

Several American officials said the Israeli exercise appeared to be an effort to develop the military's capacity to carry out long-range strikes and to demonstrate the seriousness with which Israel views Iran's nuclear program.

More than 100 Israeli F-16 and F-15 fighters participated in the maneuvers, which were carried out over the eastern Mediterranean and over Greece during the first week of June, American officials said...

"They wanted us to know, they wanted the Europeans to know, and they wanted the Iranians to know," the Pentagon official said.

I think outcome in a war if Israel attacked Iran it would be very bloody and brutal Israel would take control of the country but would be unable to hold it due to insurgents .

Although it seems all that will happen if there is a any action Isreal will bomb Iran nuke power plants and Iran will make alot of threats and not do anything.

The Israelis got what they wanted out of Lebanon--Israel isn't being bothered, and that's all they care about. And Israel would never take over Iran--they just want the nuke facilities destroyed--they did the same to Iraq a while ago and it worked pretty well.

The only real impact of a strike like this would be to drive the price of oil higher. Which personally--I'm not against, the increase in the price of gasoline is something of a profit maker for me.

If I remember correctly they said went in because hezbollah kidnapped one of there solders also rocket attacks are still going on.

Although tommrow i may will find out if they have decreased or increased since the invasion
