There is this old picture which I want to use for the cover of a pamphlet I've been working on, but the picture is not on it's best form.

I was just wondering if anyone could help make the picture look more fresh and smooth.

why cant you just post it on the forum?

If you dont know how go to imageshack or photobucket and set up an account.

I'm a dab hand with image manipulation so i'll take a look if you want but i cant be bothered giving my e mail address out (nothing personal).
