what is the advantage of getting a car that eats up petrol at 10 mpg over a car that does 27 mpg.

Yeah, I don't agree with what I'm saying, but some people consider more expensive cars to be more stylish.

And faster cars burn more petrol, in general.

Shame the speed limit's only 70 though.
