Question about Property Rights

Hi,

I'd like to know some of your theories on Property Rights.

Is the general consensus that property rights are what force us to become wage slaves to pay rent or to buy?

Does anybody advocate a type of Land reform on this basis as a separate policy to agrarian reform? Could this type of (non agrarian) land reform be carried out in a developed nation?

Has there been any successful attempts at Land Reform (agrarian or otherwise)?

Did Land reform succeed in the USSR? If not, can somebody explain why?
