Speaking of Pooh and friends, I would imagine that many of you are the Eyore types; the ones who are always bitter, bothered, angry, or upset about anything and everything.
Have any of you read the " Tao of Pooh" ? It's a pretty good book. It really lightens your load; mentally or spiritually, however you want to see it. It says Pooh is a Taoist. A real "one with the Universe" type. I like to try maintaining the same attitude as Pooh, it makes life go alot smoother.

There are a few good books on Pooh and philosophy.
There is a good one which shows "Pooh and Philosophy which shows A.A.Milne to be a philosophy teacher.
Marx envisaged socialism as the merging of the proletariat and philosophy. Pooh represents the mankinds philosophical height. The analogy of ''honey'' to philosophical truth is excellent. Pooh is the very spirit of philosophical investigation.

The original Pooh does not wear a red t-shirt, that was Disney's addition, and how likely is it that Disney will make him communist?!!!

I've got a really amusing download of Pooh worshipping Satan, gives him a totally different edge!!!

Nevar! Pooh is a british toy bear! Owned by the aristocracy (Christopher robin) who leaves pooh and friends to fend for themselves in a forest of evil capitalism where everyone takes advantage of the old (eyeore) the cowardly (piglet) and pooh (the stupid) and who are the sucesses? Tigger born into natural superiority over the others, owl the false genius who decieves the weak minded to give himself power. And Rabbit who isn't that well off in the stories in the books, the cartoon makes it look like he has a farm.

bounce ideas off off. The rest are philosophical archetypes that THE POOH has dialogues with about honey. Get your facts straight!
