Anyone know of a good template tool maker or free templates web page for Blogspot?

I currently have a blog for our local socialist group.

If you have photosop and Dreamweaver, or Frontpage you can download a simple template and then edit your pictures and relink them into Dreamweaver or Frontpage so you can have whatever desing you want

As far as style, well, I am not sure. Can you give me an example of what you mean?

As far as resolution, as long as it fits with our blog in the masthead.
