I think between the upcoming US intervention (I'd give 'em until October) in Central Africa and the Chinese armament of the Sudanese government and subsequently the Janjaweed fighters... there won't be a whole hell of a lot of a movement in much of Africa's "ungoverned spaces*" very long.
